PAWNME – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility: By applying, you confirm you are 18+ and legally capable.

2. Loan Terms:

  • Student/Business Loans: 30 days tenure. Interest: 20% (<$500) or 25% (>$500).
  • Quick Cash Loans: 14 days tenure. Interest: 20% flat.

3. Collateral Policy: Collateral must be physically presented. Failure to repay results in liquidation.

4. Default: Failure to repay within the agreed period constitutes default, granting PawnMe the right to sell collateral.
